SCOTT is a seasoned executive with nearly thirty
years of experience in the AEC industry, having held pivotal roles in sales, marketing, and operations for firms in Europe and North America. As a Principal
at Morrison Hershfield for nearly twenty years, a prominent multinational engineering practice, he employed a people, processes, and technology approach to improve the firm’s operational productivity, reduce the cost of sales, and increase client satisfaction. Scott is that annoying nerdy executive that loves pivot tables and pinot. He implemented the firm’s first data strategy over fourteen years ago, an early Power BI adopter, he leveraged all of these tools with his colleagues to improve decision-making.

Brent Lightsey

FirstLight Analytics

BRENT, a data analytics veteran with over 20 years of experience, founded FirstLight Analytics in 2017, offering expert consulting services. He specializes
in simplifying complex data challenges and
co-founded Argus PBI to enhance Power BI operations. Brent’s previous roles include Business Intelligence Lead at Love’s Travel Stops and various positions at Chesapeake Energy, where he led
SAP Business Intelligence implementations and developed BI strategies. Beyond his professional expertise, Brent is an enthusiastic learner about leadership and technology, and a dedicated Chicago Cubs fan. His approach emphasizes
deep industry understanding to maximize data value for businesses.

Jim Rogers

Unbridled Revenue

JIM stands alone at the forefront of guiding engineering, architecture, and construction professionals to confidently leverage their knowledge and relationships to grow revenue in their businesses. His tenure at Accenture, providing cutting-edge technology and software solutions, formed his foundational expertise in driving organizational growth. As an accomplished author with titles such as "Becoming a Seller-Doer: Succeed at Business Development" and "Win More Work: How to Write Winning A/E/C Proposals," Jim infuses practical insights into his work. He presides over Unbridled Revenue, Inc. and has co-created the Seller-Doer Academy to cultivate the next generation of rainmaking professionals. He has the unique distinction of sharing a graduation procession with Michael Jordan and witnessing Hank Aaron's 715th home run.
